Navigating the Course
I view my job as a partnership with purchasers or sellers, bringing my expertise of working for years in the field with
distinctive homes, land, and waterfront properties in the Greater Portland area. I offer my clients an in-depth understanding
of real estate values as well as applicable rules and regulations that affect use. I understand that value includes
many factors such as school systems, location, investment potential and amenities. I see my work as looking out for
my clients’ best interests from our first meeting to closing.
A Source of Satisfaction
I truly enjoy my work. It’s all about guidance and information. It’s all about what you know and how to share that information
effectively. The process of increasing my market knowledge and then sharing that information to help my clients make
informed buying or selling decisions is very gratifying.
The Way Life Is–and Should Be
Maine is a great place to call home; the more I travel, the more I understand why. Maine is an interesting mix of uptown
sophistication, gritty commercial fishing, wild wilderness, wonderful arts and restaurants, and kind people with common
sense. With nearly 3000 miles of coastline, boating on the Maine coast provides some of the best cruising waters in
the world. I truly think we have it all.
When I am not Working
Boating on the Coast of Maine is a passion. Being with my family is a great joy. Also in the mix are my Labrador Retrievers,
wood sculpturing, a Belgian/Thoroughbred cross named Sweet Emma, playing drums in my Dixieland band, cooking and a good
bottle of Chilean wine every now and then.
